Texas BBQ is iconic. And it’s not just Texans who think that. So when BBQ Month (yep, a “real” internet thing) rolled around, we celebrated on the scale of Texas: by changing the very name of the month itself. Oh, and I also wrote a script with the word “moist” in it. Enjoy.
