the last lockdown

This was the most daunting, humbling and rewarding project of my career. After the school shooting in Parkland, FL in February 2018, I had an idea I couldn’t let go. I began working with a small team of creatives outside our agency day jobs. We created a 3D render comp, pitched prospective clients, secured funding, sourced vendors, budgeted, scheduled, shipped, and launched 10 statues in 10 different cities across the U.S. Oh, we also filmed a campaign of promo spots and then we managed PR. Along the way, I met people from all corners of the country dedicated to ending gun violence, including two very inspiring parents whom I’m lucky to know. Most importantly, I’m proud to have contributed—even if in some small way—to the change they seek.
